✦ Commissioning me you acknowledge that the terms of service was read and agreed upon.
✦NO MINORS - Be 18 and older.
✦ Characters / Sonas must be owned by you
✦ No changes will be made after skin approval.
✦ I have the right to refuse work
✦ I hold the rights to showcase my work for any reason this includes posting, displaying, portfolio etc. Regardless if your character is copyrighted to you my work is mine.
✦ I will drop your commission if you are too impatient, I'm not a computer.
✦ You cannot remove any of my signature/watermarks.Payment
✦ Payments must be made in full with new clients
✦ Payment must be made within 48hrs of commissioning, unless previously discussed.
✦ Currently only accept: Lindens, Paypal, or Cash app.Refunds
✦ If commission isn't started or unable to start commission you will be refunded in full.
✦ If commission is canceled after start you will get a refund minus a small fee for what I have completed.
✦ Artwork is non-refundable once completed, this includes designs/adopts etc.
✦ Forced refunds will blacklist you and be unable to order a commission again.Commission process
✦ Commissions aren't always done worked on in order, this help prevent demotivation to get work done. First to order first to receive!
✦ Public store work comes first if I'm under deadlines for events etc.
✦ Rushed work will be a upcharge, and I will need minimal two weeks notice.
✦ You are responsible for providing details for the commission. This includes but not limited to full references of your character and minor details.Your Rights
✦ Reposting photos of your commission for your galleries. also edit, crop, text, and altering as long as credit is given.
